A true sportsman is known not by his medals but by his grit, dedication to the sport, and never-giving-up attitude, which I have noticed in my father since childhood. Watching him practice daily and his commitment to Karate inspired me so much that I started learning Karate at a very young age.

I have embarked on a journey that has shown me both glorious moments and challenging days. These experiences have pushed me through obstacles and helped me create my winning podium. 

I represented India internationally and made my country proud by winning Gold & Silver medals in several tournaments. In 2014, I won a Gold in the Budokan Cup in Dubai. In 2018, I earned both Silver & Bronze medals in the Open Karate Championship held in Mauritius.

Additionally, in 2019, I bagged a Silver medal at the 6th Legend International Championship in Malaysia. Most recently, in November of this year, I represented India in the 24th FSKA World Karate

Championship which featured about 1500 karate participants from 25 countries where I also won a silver medal.

Being an athlete has taught me to break through the barriers of what seems impossible. And that's why neither injuries nor societal criticism could stop me from excelling in my sport.

Apart from Karate, I played cricket and represented my school in various tournaments.

Being an athlete, I am always curious about how the sports industry operates, and that's why I have taken up a Bachelor of Sports Management at IISM.

IISM gave me opportunities to explore the business aspect of the sports industry which helped me gain a detailed insight.

Further, I aim to leverage my knowledge and skills to promote karate more broadly, contributing to the growth of the sport.
