Rocki Mahan is just an ordinary kid from Queens orphaned picked on but a genius but all that changes while during a science exam at Whffcorp a spider caught in radio active rays bites Rocki gifting him with abilities of a spider when he tries to use them to make money a tragedy hits when a Grand Theft Auto but when realizing it was cause he didn't stop the criminal Rocki makes a promise to help people but three days later after meeting Jackson Fuller takes a new swing in Queens but that also changes when Flash White is to a his body called Hobgoblin and is now a fugitive by Whffcorp leading Rocki and Flash in a daring showdown and in coming alien invasion that will hit Prom.
