But all good things come with a price, using an Omnipotent Grail, Daisuke erased the memory of Team Azure's conflict with the Cyan Titans from everyone in the Multiverse, not a single soul in the infinite cosmos remembers those notorious moments that caused a primordial entity to break from it's seals and aid Ultra in wreaking havoc. Enter Nick Waller AKA Rheachon, the cryptic leader of AEGIS, an espionage special law enforcement and counter-terrorism government agency that detests superheroes like Team Azure, unless they prove to be of high merit as a means to an end for a special mission.

Fixated on Daisuke's cunning abilities as a Rogue of Saiyan blood, Rheachon forces Daisuke to work with him in order to obtain a Conceptual Crystal, an enchanted artifact commonly used by Elves in order to unlock their true potential. And if Daisuke refuses to cooperate, the Multiverse will remember why Team Azure isn't as heroic as they think.
