Raito used to be part of an organization of people with powers that use them to kill innocent civilians or help criminals. Weirdly enough though, when he reached 14 he abandoned them and started school. Now he's 16 and his training from when he was younger kicks in, so does his powers. He then finds himself stuck in a situation of death and life as the organization finds him and wants him dead, leaving him with no choice but to go kill the leader, "The Wyvern". Will he die or will he finally stop the organization once and for all?
