Henk is a veteran who has served in World War 1. He played the bugle when the enemy came closer and then fought against them. Years later in 1965, he moves to a modern house together with his two sons after a horrible feud with his wife . His sons decide to buy him a bugle, so he can have fun just like them.But since he started playing it again, strange things are happening to him, the boys and his house...
