From what I've seen, there aren't many good English fanfics about Gi-hun and In-ho (aka the Front Man). After watching season 2, it's clear that both characters have the potential for an amazing fanfic. 

Masked Intentions is set to follow a story where In-ho (the Front Man) actually has a secret fondness for Gi-hun. Torn between his duty to the games and his feelings, In-ho makes a dangerous decision. He decides to go undercover as Player 001. Hidden behind a mask of vulnerability instead of his actual mask, his sole mission is to protect Gi-hun, no matter the cost (even if this means losing his own employees). 

But the deadly trials of the Squid Game don't make it easy, and the closer In-ho gets to Gi-hun, the harder it becomes to hide his true identity-or his growing attachment. As alliances form and secrets unravel, the stakes rise higher than ever.

001 x 456 / Seong Gi-Hun x Hwang In-Ho enemies to strangers to lovers to enemies to maybe lovers Fluff / Angst (title might change another 50 times...) Ever since Seong Gi-Hun, a finalist of the 33rd squid games, decided that he wanted to give up the money to save his friend, the Frontman became curious. It's not often that someone with such pure intentions makes it into the 6th game, let alone win. Of course, that feeling was quickly brushed off and forgotten. Atleast until Gi-Hun made it his life's mission to stop the games once and for all. In-Ho caught wind of Gi-Hun's determination and decided to let him join back into the game while he himself also joins. Though he should be stopping the plan he is also curious to see how this plays out. Author's Note: I'm writing this because i keep seeing people completely mischaracterize In-Ho for some reason. I've been thoroughly studying the Hwang Brothers lore that we got in season 1 & 2 because I've just been hyperfixating on those silly middle aged men. Im just gonna say it, English is not my first language im actually German. This fanfic, if i publish it, will be on AO3 too.
