After many genocide routes. Frisk was able to break free from the entity's control and gave everyone their happy ending. Of course, things don't exactly go as plans as the same entity comes back in order to start a new genocide route in Frisk body.
Will everyone be able to stop this entity who loves tormenting their lives? Will Frisk ever recover from all the horrors their body had done to their friends? Will some new faces and the monsters be able to help them move on?
This is a revamped story of Brokentale, hopefully this attempt will go much better.

What happens when a human gets tired of resets? When the thrill of a genocide route becomes boring and mundane? This is exactly what happens to Frisk. They spent so much time going through reset after reset that now they are growing tired of it. However, little do they know that their next timeline will be one of the most interesting they've ever had. When Frisk resets after an incomplete genocide, it captures the attention of a certain alien Timelord called The Doctor. He has to travel between dimensions to investigate this strange anomaly, but ends up with an adventure much more strange than he had initially anticipated. This timeline is breaking. The entire reality is being torn apart and it's up to Frisk, Sans, and The Doctor to stop it. (Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who or Undertale. The barrier is broken, monsters and humans are living in peace, everyone is happy except for one person. Frisk has been getting waking nightmares about not saving Asriel. They want to save him to erase all guilt and to be with their friend. But Asriel isn't the only one that needs to be saved. Something, someone lurks inside Frisk's soul. So, monsters and humans have been living together on the surface for quite a few years now... That's an accomplishment! No resets, no new timeline. Just a future continuing forward like everyone could have possibly hoped for. However, not everything is hopeful. You can't expect to live a life where everything is sunshine and rainbows. Even with no longer having the threat of someone like Chara, things can still happen when you least expect them to. You can't always have your "Happy Ending".Complete

Bringing people back into existence doesn't generally have negative repercussions. Not for an entire world at least. So why don't we use the same idea for an all powerful entity and see what happens?
