Rules. There just guidelines that people hope for you to follow. But let me tell you this, rules, laws, they are there for nothing, no one follows them in this town. This is the town of the outlaws. People try to make a change here but they don't succeed. Ever since prisons dumped there criminals here, this place has never been worse. Believe it or not, this town used to be filled with sweet old ladies drinking tea and eating cake and there grandkids running around playing dress up. But not anymore.
Teenage girl, Bugsy Owen has an important job in this town. She is well known for her strength, her snappy insults and her amazing on the spot plans. She's a gang member and a con artist. He looks at me and I subtly gesture with my head to the second tunnel. He glances at it and immediately we are on the same page. His jaw sets and he looks at the group.
