People try to make a change here but they don't succeed. Ever since prisons dumped there criminals here, this place has never been worse. Believe it or not, this town used to be filled with sweet old ladies drinking tea and eating cake and there grandkids running around playing dress up. But not anymore.
Teenage girl, Bugsy Owen has an important job in this town. She is well known for her strength, her snappy insults and her amazing on the spot plans. She's a gang member and a con artist. Her groups next con, is dodgy and definitely hard to do. As the role of the inside men, will her and her brother be able to take the challenge?
