He left before she could tell him she was pregnant. Now, five years later, he wants to be a father.

Viola spent her teenage years loving Pedri González-until he walked away without ever knowing the truth. Left alone, she raised their son, Cairo, while trying to forget the boy who shattered her heart.

But when fate brings them back together in Barcelona, everything Viola buried comes rushing back. Pedri wants to be part of their lives now. He wants to know Cairo. He wants another chance.

Viola isn't sure she can trust him-not with her heart, and definitely not with their son.

Because some goodbyes don't come with closure.
And some love stories are messier the second time around.

♚ Period drama ♚ Summary: With war knocking at their the door, Lady Rowena Rice is forced to marry a prince from a foreign country and move abroad, leaving behind her family and her life. Despite initially hating everything and wanting to run away, she finds herself falling in love with her new home, its traditions and its people. But will she also fall in love with her husband? Authro's note: And I'm back with another period drama! I had been wanting to write one with Rúben for a long time, and I finally found the inspiration to do it 😁 This is a spin-off of "Little Poppy", my story with Declan Rice, and there are nods to it here and there, but you don't need to have read one to follow the other. It took me ages to find a title until I settled for Granada. It is a city in the south of Spain that inspired me while picturing Rúben's kingdom (if you have watched "Game of Thrones", think Dorne), but it also is the Spanish word for pomegranate, a fruit that will be meaningful throughout the story for both Rúben and Rowena. This has been one of the stories I've enjoyed the most writing, so I hope you like it as much. And, as always, thank you for reading! 💜
