I jumped out of the way just as the rock came sailing through my bedroom window.

I ran over to the window and looked out, but saw no one. I didn't understand how that shit always happened to me but I was glad it happened while my mom was gone. I started cleaning up the broken glass when I noticed a paper attached to the rock. I unrolled it then read it.
