The Romanian Border

Vasili Markov, a Russian military captain, is sent on a covert mission with his team to the Romanian border, far from home and deep into enemy territory. His objective: to investigate a series of war crimes tied to a dangerous conspiracy that threatens global stability. As he navigates the treacherous landscape, his team is ambushed, and many of his men are killed. Alone, with only a weak radio, a map, and his handgun, Vasili is forced to rely on his skills to survive.

In the midst of the chaos, he encounters Killian Gallagher, an Irish soldier with his own agenda. Though they initially distrust each other, the two men realize that they must work together to escape the borderlands alive. As the mission spirals out of control, Vasili must push forward, knowing that failure could have catastrophic consequences for not only Russia but the entire world.

With every step, the line between ally and enemy blurs, and Vasili is forced to confront the harsh reality that some battles can never be won. The border is just the beginning of a much darker war.
