Aurellia lives in the shadows of her brothers, the tyrant twin Emperors. When a General returns for war and shows her kindness she is not used to she begins to fall for him. Not realising that she is stepping right into a conspiracy to depose her brothers and save Rome from their violent rule. Will love and hope to prevail or will the carefully laid plans fall through, causing defeat and ruin for all involved?
