Unbeknownst to the adults of Inkwell Isles, Anise, the daughter of Cuphead, and her cousin, Nixie, have discovered that the Devil returned and causes all the former debtors to be captured, especially Cuphead and Mugman. It's up to the girls and their friends to get them back.
