Sorrow of the Ninth

The Ninth Doctor is lost, his mind plagued by the ghosts of the Time War. He can't stand to look at himself anymore and is all alone in the universe.

But little does he know, the Time Vortex inside of the Tardis is listening. And not only is it listening, it's also alive.

And it has been watching him for a long time, protecting him, speaking to him, helping him, and he never knew it. Like an older sister he never knew he had, but the sister he always needed.
