(This is a century after the events of the show Heaven Official's Blessing, not the books. I'll write a separate fanfic once I've read all the books.)
Puqi Shrine has fallen down! Having to stay at Paradise Manor isn't so bad, though. However when the citizens of Ghost City are afraid and whispers of assassinations float down the breeze, Xie Lian has to battle both himself and an unseen force to save the one he loves, and possibly all they have.
