Hawkins IN is cursed. Either you have shitty parents, poor, you go missing, or you have been through the deep secrets of this town. Everybody has something going on. 

Y/N Harrington somehow ended up with two of those traits.
A few years ago Will Byers went missing. Ever since  Y/N has been through hell. She ended up quitting school due to needing to take care of Steve , her brother, and depression. Sadly, her parents wanted her to find a real job, comparing her to Steve. So she goes back to school to do senior year all over again with Steve and Robin. Little does she know this would change her life for forever.
Eddie Munson grew up poor and with a horrible dad and a dead mom. Ever since his dad went to jail he has been living with his uncle, Wayne Munson, in a trailer. He plays D&D with his club named Hellfire. This is his third year as a senior in high-school. He keeps telling himself that this is his year. That he will graduate and get out of Hawkins. 
Chrissy Cunningham asks Eddie for some pot to clear her head. He takes her to his house to give her something more strong. A few hours later, Chrissy is found dead and Eddie is nowhere to be found. Y/N, Steve, Robin, Max, and Dustin all decide to try and find him.

Will they have a happy ending?

Or are they both just dreamers?

Thinking they will have an easy way out. "Just graduate from high-school, then I can be free."
