Xadia, the most beautiful city. It stood out against all else. There was little crime, there was no reason for it. Everyone was happy, everyone had something. They had roofs over their heads, food on their tables, new clothes on their backs every so often.
The "Kingdoms", the most hideous city. It blended into the trash that ended up in the sewers. No one was happy, no one had anything. Having a roof over your head was rare, having food on the table cost everything, clothes were always old and ragged.
