Hearthwick Hollow had always been a relatively calm village in the Scottish countryside, Until Dr. Alesi Mae Greymoor found herself faced with a sudden epidemic of children with supernatural qualities appearing almost out of thin air all around Hearthwick and the surrounding settlements. Along with these children she tasks herself in treating, her very dreams become haunted by an animal that defies all natural law.
