Hitoshi is a 16 year old Prince of the Diamond Kingdom. Toshi commonly finds himself "lost" in the near-by woods next to a pound. He notices that he should probably get going to the Royal meeting with his parents to discuss his arranged marriage that will need to take place soon. On his way he runs into a cloaked figure, a small, thin, female looking figure. As he bumped into the cloaked form he comes to realize that It's a blonde, not only a blonde but a cute male blonde. A quick blush spreads across his face, realizing that he has eyes for the electric looking person.
