The 11th Doctor discovers his TARDIS is singing an unusual lullaby, leading him to London in 2013. There, he finds a crying child named Charlie behind a dumpster who can hear the TARDIS singing - a rare ability shared by very few. When Charlie enters the TARDIS, the ship responds unusually warmly to their presence.
