Lily White has always been the definition of "no- nonsense." Shes smart, driven and determined to get through high school without letting anyone especially Ethan Carter get in her way. Ethan, with his perfect hair designer clothes and a cocky smile that makes every student in their school either adore or despise him, is everything lily refuses to be. So, when they're forced into a group project together, Lily's sure it's going to be a disaster.

At first, they clash Lily's meticulous work ethic against Ethan's laid-back attitude, their rivalry as fierce as ever. But s they struggle to finish their project, something shifts. Beneath Ethans smug exterior, lily starts to see hints of a different side to him, one that's not so perfect, not so untouchable. As they spend more time together, their tension transforms into something unexpected, and they begin to realize that maybe they're not so different after all
