Maja struggles with a serious disease - Hodgkin's lymphoma - and every day is a fight for her life and future. While her body undergoes brutal treatment, Maja not only faces uncertainty and fear, but also discovers the true power of friendship.

After overcoming the hardest moments, Maja enters a phase of remission, and her life begins to go anew. Suddenly, mysterious notes begin to appear, causing her mixed feelings - a sense of support, but also uncertainty. Who is their author? This is a question that becomes more and more urgent with each page. Soon Maja notices that these messages not only bring hope, but also change the way she looks at herself and her relationships with others.

"Heart in Remission" is a story about fighting the disease, but also about discovering yourself, trust and love, which can appear where we least expect them. Maja, Kacper, Kuba, Molly and notes - this is a story about how small gestures can influence life, changing it forever.
