The Heirloom Chase

When Lia, a rock climber -- also the daughter of the principal of the local university -- makes a big mistake and ends up getting disowned, she ventures around town, and discovers a burnt down house close to a mountain's peak.

There, she meets Claire, who's father is a professor at the university, and as they grow closer, Lia learns many things, like how Lia's father had stolen their family heirloom from Claire's. Lia, with a heart different from her father, teams up with Claire to bring back the stolen heirloom and to stop her father.
