''I'm sorry!'' The words tumble out of me, loud and forceful, before I can stop them. ''But... Ugh!'', I yell in frustration, raking my fingers through my hair. Vi can see that I'm struggling with my emotions. They're... conflicting at best. ''I'm trying, Vi. I'm trying to fix this, to fix us. Can't we just... put it aside and move on?'' My voice softens, breaking. I'm practically hanging by a thread, hoping she won't push me away, like I did to her back then.
This oneshot describes how I thought the back and forth between Cait and Vi would go, when they would meet again, after they went their seperate ways in S2E3...

Caitlyn, that was her name. She's a kind person, someone you'd like to be around a lot. Somehow I managed to be her friend.
