Ember is a 19 year old pyromancer living in the city as a member of the Feathers of the Phoenix clan. With her non-biological father dead and her mother in a mental hospital, Ember trains with her clan with the burning desire for one thing: to find and reunite with her two older brothers Bi-Han and Kuai-Liang who were both kidnapped by the Lin Kuei when Ember was 5 years old. Her undying wish and determination will lead her to the mysterious Island of Shang Tsung during Mortal Kombat and an Outworld invasion. Will she get what she's always wanted or will Raiden's visions get in the way?
This is kinda a narration of MK9 but with my own little things. Ember and the Feathers of the Phoenix are mine, but everything else isn't.
*Note: Alright y'all this is my first time posting on Wattpad, I wrote this story when I was about 15 and rereading it brought back some cringey yet lovable memories. I thought I might as well share it, I tried to get rid of any grammatical/spelling errors so if there is any I apologize. Also if something bothers you about the story or you don't like it, please keep negative opinions to yourself and there are plenty of books on here for you to read.
