A woman from a broken family who grew up lacking care, known for being a troublemaker and always getting into fights,that's how people always see her. She loves breaking rules, starting trouble, and making a mess wherever she goes. It's her way of coping, of fighting against a world that never seemed to want her in the first place. Her grandfather despises her, her father barely acknowledges her, and the only love she truly holds onto is from her mother who works overseas, too far away to wipe her tears or calm her storms.
She never wanted to live in the Clayton mansion, the home of her father's new family. But at his request, she moved in, hoping just for once that he'd finally see her, finally choose her. Instead, she's just a shadow in a house that was never meant for her, a reminder of a past her father tries to forget.
Will she ever be more than an outsider in her own family? Will they ever accept her, or will she always be the unwanted piece that doesn't fit?

As Jay enters high school, he becomes very intrigued with one of his classmates. Kind of obsessed, actually. Her name: Mikayla Keeler. Mikayla is very unique, and like Jay, she doesn't seem to fit in with her contemporaries. Instead, the two of them keep each other company, and their friendship very quickly escalates into a romantic and intimate relationship. Despite having Mikayla, Jay's troubles continue to burden him. He and Mikayla are fighting habitually, his home life is still unbearable, and his time at school is hardly any better, made worse by a bully named Calvin. Their mutual dislike of one another leads to a lot of hostility, routinely leading to Jay being sent to his school's principal. One confrontation in particular goes much too far, resulting in Jay's expulsion from school. With everything seemingly piling up, Jay is very close to his breaking point, and late one night he is blindsided by the unthinkable, pushing him much too far and effectively planting in his mind a cruel and horrific plan for revenge.Complete
