bad feelings in your heart. What can they do ?

so this is my first history, and I want you to encourage me. Thanks .

many of us have some bad experiences or choose bad choices, but what is happening after that . No one asked himself if it empowers us or It weakens us .
most of time this bad choices or challenges that we failed to do them have a bad influence on our self-confidence, social carrier, and us .
so before that, these bad experiences influence us we should fight it and don't let it improve in them self so we should be more capable 💪 and powerful to don't let bad feelings put us down
I hope that you will find that true and use it in your own life .
