Calliope just wanted to run around Dallas, destroying vampires and saving whoever she could.
350 years ago, the Portal opened up above Dallas, Texas and mythical creatures rained chaos upon the city and soon spread to the rest of the state. With the combined efforts of the Guardian Valkyrie and the vessel of the Shield, the borders of Texas were as far as the monsters would be able to roam.
In the present day, Calliope Lymph has been newly made the Guardian Valkyrie and all that entails. When presented with the opportunity to escort the newly-made Shield, she leaps upon it. It was just unfortunate that it had to be her childhood friend, Milo.
Calliope is forced to deal with the world as it further changes, with looming responsibilities of protecting the Portal. She must protect Milo long enough for him to complete his duties in maintaining the barrier around Texas - and if he seals the Portal, that would be good, too.
What she didn't account for was everything else along the way...

My Valkyrie
Maya's boring Friday night takes a wild turn when a mysterious woman fell from the sky. What she found was a Valkyrie, one of the legendary warrior women from Norse Mythology. After nursing Val back to health, their lives would intertwine more deeply than either anticipated. Yet can this tender romance bud when both the Mythological and Mortal worlds clash together?

Spearing the Siren
In the final novel of the Valkyrie Project, the war between Alfheim, the Dokkalfar, and Helheim comes to a head. The Ljosalfar arrive at the Midgardian fleet orbiting Helheim, a single scout ship sent on a suicide mission to test Midgard's defenses. Its commander has a single soft spot, for Council Director Valiskar Kierin, the only Dokkalfr left on the Freyia. Using whatever means necessary to secure a cease fire, Kierin gives Commander Helenamor the one thing he's wanted for centuries: him. When the admiral of the Ljosalfr forces arrives, he is nothing what the Dokkalfar or the Midgardians expect. On his heels, the Queen of Svartalfheim, the home of the Dokkalfar, comes to collect the elf she believes is responsible for the Black Dragon's death: his third cousin, former Brigade Commander Navileth Morloc, who has recently left his life as a pleasure master to join the war effort. With Lillevenn and the crew of the Freyja trapped between the two, can the conflict be resolved without plunging them all into another age of senseless war and death? *Trigger warning: there is a semi-graphic rape scene towards the end, a male by a female. Also, this book has a lot of LGBTQ love scenes, fyi.Concluída
Triple Point
Targeted by superpowered terrorists, an actress is protected by the government's strongest guardian--the same woman who broke her heart two years ago. ☆ Elsie Bates won't deny that she's made a few enemies during her fifteen-year acting career, but she never thought her actions would warrant her death at the hands of meta-human terrorists. As if that wasn't bad enough, her federally appointed bodyguard is the famous Camilla Wyatt, the most powerful guardian in the country and Elsie's sworn enemy. Because behind Camilla's sunny personality is a cold and heartless young woman, and no one but Elsie knows the truth. At least, that's what Elsie initially thinks. As it happens, being forced into a protective lockdown with someone can change perspectives, and Elsie slowly uncovers the secret behind Camilla's complicated character. In turn, Camilla begins to realize that maybe "trust issues" shouldn't be in her superpower repertoire, and self-preservation doesn't necessarily require self-isolation. But as the women grow closer, so do the forces that attempt to split them apart. And when the worlds of superpowered militaries, propaganda movies, and hidden conspiracies begin to collide, Elsie and Camilla must rely on each other to survive. ☆ INCLUDES: ✓ Militarized superheroes ✓ LGBTQ+ romance ✓ Diverse characters ✓ Subtle sociopolitical commentary ✓ "Science" FEATURED: ★ @TheAmbys 2023 Top Pick ★ @lgbtq Pride Awards 2023 Sci-Fi Winner ★ @FreeTheLGBT Pride Awards - Third Place ★ @TripleACommunity Aro Ace Awards - Shortlist ★ @superhero, @FreeTheLGBT, @WattpadUrbanFantasy, @StoriesUndiscovered Mature rating is for violence, grotesque descriptions, and swearing.
