It's two years after the war and Voldemorts death and the wizards managed to get some people that dies in the war back to life. But they need distraction from those dark times, so they come up with a reality tv show called „Wizard Summerhouse". Some of the most popular people of that time get separated into teams and have to collect points in order to win the game, all while living together in a big old english house.
The motivation for this is mostly because of the intention to bring 2020 back. English isn't my first language, so please excuse some mistakes.

During the summer after Harry's fifth year he decides he had enough. As soon as school starts he would escape from his "friends" and leave. If he could get his hands on a time turner then he would do a lot more than leave. He would go back and save Sirius again or maybe he'd be able to go back far enough to save himself.
