Hello all, I'm just letting you know that the basis of this book means a lot to me, and I hope that some of you can resonate with it, too. I aim to discuss topics that are often not talked about in an attempt to show people that they are not alone and that they don't need to feel so ever. Although I must also warn you that some chapters in this book may all of a sudden become a little to real and personal, but I do not aim to distress any of you so if you begin to feel overwhelmed please reach out either to those close to you, or even use the comments to vent.
Overall, I hope you enjoy the book and connect with it just as much as I do when writing it. Also, please feel free to leave feedback and let me know what you think of it. But of course, please don't take my work and use it as your own. This book is, as I said, very meaningful, and it should not be tarnished in such a way.
