It might tear your world apart as you know it. It might give you loss and grief. It might even show you a side that you never knew you had. But it does all this for a reason. What is that reason? Well... You'll have to find out. This is the origin of how Hermitcraft came to be. Just remember-- Every end of a story is a new beginning for another. - Some information before you start the story: - This story takes place before Hermitcraft officially started, so maybe 7-8 years ago or so. - Despite this, though, the world is set in 1.13/1.14. - If you die, it's permanent. There are no respawn mechanisms. - The backstories for each character are based around events that happened in Season 6, which might not be relevant in seasons to come. - The total word count for this story is 49,001. It was originally published on October 16, 2019. - I try to mention each Hermit at least once, but I might have missed some. DISCLAIMER: This book does hint at a bit of shipping.
