A 100 years have passed since the battle between the Demon Slayer Corps vs the Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji. Sumihiko Kamado, the great-great grandson of Tanjiro Kamado is a high school student who is living a normal and carefree life. However, an unknown organization is conducting research and experiments on kidnapped victims to revive the Demon King and restart the demon race. Meanwhile, Sumihiko recently had strange dreams of his ancestors that something bad will happen soon and he will be in the middle of it. It's up to Sumihiko, his older brother Kanata, and the rest of the gang to fight against this mysterious organization with the help of other descendants, and reincarnations, and make new friends along the way to save Tokyo!
