This is a fantasy, and a bit of a young adult, book about a young girl named Adaylnn Hart and her adventure to survive The Trials after her mother passed away. Along the way, she goes head to head against a boy name Theodore. That was, until they realized they should team up again. Now, it's all about survival.
This is a book with a 'Powerless' kind of feel from the author, Lauren Roberts.
