Two hundred years ago, the world changed. Thousands of ruins called dungeons appeared. Within them, monsters appeared that none of humanity's weapons could harm. In the beginning, humans were nearly wiped out before a small percentage of awakened humans grew powerful enough to withstand the monsters and slay them thanks to the discovery of the level system. Now, after two centuries, humanity has flourished once more. The awakened humans were now celebrated thanks to their powers and classified as hunters. With ranks from F to SSS.
Several types of hunters exist. From Mages to Warriors, Assassins to Knights, and many more. Hunters can have a maximum of two classes and reach a level of up to 100,000. Yet even as mighty as they can become, humanity has yet to stop the creator and ruler of the dungeons. As such, many dungeons have still been broken, unleashing the monsters upon the world.
During a foray into a dungeon rated SSS, a group of A class hunters who let their egos run wild and dive into it. Yet the hunters were quickly overrun. seeing an opportunity to escape, they heavily wound an eternal level 1 hunter and leave him as bait. A good plan.... if it had been any other hunter.
After the betrayal that he had suffered, this eternal level 1 hunter had a very powerful ability. One that finally fulfilled its requirements to unlock. Now follow Izuku Midoriya as he ventures on through a world filled with dangers, both apparent and hidden.

When Izuku was born Inko didn't want him, nor did his father. They both were work obsesed and didin't give Izuku what every parent should give their child... love They got tired of him and threw him out in the middle of the street. People would cast him a glance and move right past him. That was the day tomura got lectured by Kurogiri for spilling milk all over the counter because of a fight between him and Dabi. Tomura was walking down the street to go buy cleaning supplies when he came across Izuku. He took him to the bar and from that day on Izuku Shigaraki finally had a family that cares for him like if he was an actual person and not just a doll. The Fates and their mother Ananke are cruel mistresses. They had given Izuku a cruel and unfortunate fate. Even as a young child his life was nothing to envy, being treated as a slave by his own mother and stepfather. He learned that life only brings misery the longer you live at a young age. All because of the misfortune brought upon him from being born a demigod with the fate of the world in his hands. As such he envied everyone with a better life them him. For example, his twin sister, Izumi Yagi. Everything and I mean everything he had ever wanted she had been given on a silver platter. She didn't know pain, she didn't struggle, she had a quirk. All she knew was a life filled with comfort and unconditional love while he experienced hell in every sense of the word. While she was trained as a hero he was trained as an assassin by the most wanted group in the world. She had everything Izuku ever and continues to desire. Except for her brainless mind. They say too much power makes you brainless, but Izuku would find out that it was only if you relied on it. He had soon found out he had power greater and more versatile than his sister. However, he knew he didn't need it. After all, with his mind, who needs the amount of power he wields. Some may say he is a genius, and he is, but who said even a genius didn't struggle for their position. Who said they didn't suffer the most? Who said they didn't struggle for the power...for the knowledge they wield? Whoever did is wrong, because those geniuses and their lives would drive the average being insane with grief, paranoia, or simply just insanity. This is the story of one such genius.

Questions to Live By
Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot. Quirks, the evolutionary advancement of human evolution. The next step in human history to become better than what they were before but that was just hopeful wishing. Since the dawn of quirks, humans started losing their humanity. They valued quirks as if they are what determines where people stand in society and if you don't have a quirk you'd live a life full of torment, torture and just plain cruelty. A boy was born in a corrupted world and he was unfortunate enough to be born quirkless. He has seen the horrors of how humans treat the less fortunate, those who are quirkless, who have weak quirks, mutation quirks and quirks that are considered villainous. He wanted to change the outlook of how society became, so he planned on becoming something that could change the world.
