Nora is a 16-year-old high school student who's always felt more at home in the pages of a book than in the bustle of her high school. While most people her age are figuring out their social lives or stressing over grades, Nora's focus has always been on the stories she writes and the worlds she reads about. Books are her escape, especially the ones that dive into deep emotions-romance, drama, and a touch of horror. Writing, for her, isn't just a hobby-it's a way to understand her world, even if it's a world that's far from perfect.

High school is a massive place, full of chaos and people, and Nora is just another face in the crowd. She's in the second grade out of four, surrounded by classmates who talk endlessly and never seem to stop moving. The only person she's really close with is Naya, a rare calm presence in a sea of noise. With only seven boys in her class and twenty-five students in total, Nora finds herself somewhere in the middle-average in terms of grades, content to catch up in class rather than study at home. It's easier that way.

But beyond her school life, Nora carries heavy burdens. Her family struggles with its own shadows, and her love life is filled with complications she doesn't fully understand yet.
