Evie Ashton and her nine friends vacation to a remote island for the summer. What was supposed to be a weekend of fun and games goes terribly wrong when a portal to a strange and psychotic world opens up, releasing an army of morbid monsters determined to take over Earth.

When the monsters kidnap Evie’s friends and drag them through the portal, she chooses to follow and attempt to save them. Everyone else says she must be brave, or crazy.
