I ran through the back gate as he tried to tickle me, I knew exactly where to go our place. A few years back we had built a tree house in the woods behind his house and we called it 'somewhere only we know' and it was where we went when we needed space, where we planned all our pranks and where we shared everything.
But that all changed when his parents got a divorce he started acting out, he left me for the 'bad boys' of our school, I lost my best friend. But the worst thing he did was date my bully, that's how i met Rhiannon, Flora and Keaton they dragged me out of the cafeteria after Nancy dumped her lunch on my head. Later that year Keaton was diagnosed with leukemia and passed away a few months later, the school allowed us to plant a tree in his memory so now we have a 5 meter high tree next to our table with his name carved into it.

He's eyes quickly darken and pushed me against the wall so fast before I let my air out he was next to my ear. "Now Ariel want to tell me why you did that FUCKIN prank on my FUCKIN BIKE!"
