Michael Steel Brooks, the world's wealthiest person has been put in prison for directing illegal operations, illegal firearms and substances smugglling and outlawed gambling operation, announced that he would give half of his fortune and his oil tycoon to whichever person, organisation, country or any other things that could free him.

An organisation called "V.I.R.U.S" has been on the lead to free the world's wealthiest person when they were intercepted by a group of freelancers called "CIPHER"
while both of them being tailed by three forces; the Micro Combat Club, Special Forces "ANTI-V.I.R.U.S" and a police squad calling themselves "D-Diamond".
