Izuku Midoriya was born into a world where 80% of globe had special abilities- Mainly known as Quirks.
But Izuku wasn't part of that special 80%.
You see, the rest of the population didn't have powers at all, as these 20% of people were, what people call: Quirkless. 
And Izuku was one of them. It wasn't all unicorns and rainbows living without a quirk, they weren't treated like 'Normal people'. Whatever classified that.

But Izuku sometimes wonders, could this get any worse?
