Insane. That's what the other soldiers called Analaya. She was almost... too happy to be there, in the midst of chaos, killing.
Slipping out of 'suicide' missions, bruised and bloody, but always alive. Always smiling. And always alone.
Until one night there's a fault - and it leads Laya to meeting a team just as messed up as her.
'There's no better place for crazy than 141.'

But among finding friends in her new task force, she also finds stronger feelings - hate - for her Lieutenant; Simon Riley.
He's always there, with his dry remarks and watching eyes.
But she hates him because he sees something behind her unbreakable facade.
She had ran.
Maybe... technically 'missing' to some.
And Ghost continues to uproot her of her old life, bringing up memories that were supposed to remain forgotten, bringing up problems. Problems that cause her to stumble. And Laya never falls.
So begins her descend to madness and wrath.

Cadence is temporarily assisting TaskForce141 throughout the next year of missions with the offer of becoming a permanent member. Joining at a young age to escape childhood errors, danger is always what seems to find its way back. The team is welcoming, save the Lieutenant. Ghost. A very back and forth and complex relationship forms between the two. The main goal is survival. A slow burn story takes the reader on adventures both sad and fun. *Disclaimer* I don't know COD MW or have followed much of it at all. But. Got introduced to the characters and have been enjoying them since! As I read more stories I'm trying to keep things different than other Ghost stories on the app. However I have recently come across some which are very similar to things I have already written. I am in no way attempting to copy anyone's work or would ever dream of plagiarism.

After working hard and going up in ranks Rochelle finally made her dream come true of being a Lieutenant, but what she didn't know is it was for TF141. • Ghost was quiet, rude, and despicable. When Rochelle first got introduced he was pissed that she got Lieutenant and he didn't, he was on the team for the longest and worked hard to get the Lieutenant name, but Rochelle got it not him. The 141s Reaper (Simon Ghost Riley Romance)
The mission was to extract information from an agent in jungle. Drop in grab the info from the location and quickly and quietly move through the jungle to exfil. Easy in out intel mission. But... She was so quiet I didn't even hear her, next thing I know I have a gun to my temple and a set of eyes fixed on me. She took the information package and was gone in seconds. But those eyes, she saw right through me just as I did her. Those few moments felt like hours. I can't get those eyes out of my mind. Three hours later she's waiting for me at the exfil site. I can't let her get to me, crawl under my skin. But I have to know more about her. Soap says she goes by Reaper and she's assisting the 141 in taking down a terrorist organisation. It's a big mission plenty of time for me to find out what I need to know, what's behind those eyes... before Soap gives her all my secrets. WARNING. This is a violent fanfic. Simon "Ghost" Riley was a trained SAS sniper who worked as a lieutenant at Task Force 141. Recently, Task Force received a mission from Laswell. A highly trained assassin who happened to be going around the world, stealing intel and weapons from different bases just to take on a few konnis. This assassin went by Zero. Zero was originally from Russia, staying with a few family friends. But zero decided to move away and join a Spanish military base, kill switch. Kill Switch had all different kinds of military men and women. Half being assassins, snipers, bomb squads, and psychotic detectives. This all just sounds like a normal base, right? Well, no. They use their skills in the most gruesome way possible to torture civilians for answers to what they know about the people connected to their mission. Because of her amazing skills and knowledge, Taks Force found it hard to come across her. It took them about half a year until they finally had a hit. Zero had moved from Spain to Germany, taking on a private military base, Kilgore. This time, for revenge. Zero had a past with these men that she left unspoken. For obvious reasons. To make matters worse for 141, Zero wore a mask to cover her identity, for reasons to painful to share. As soon as 141 reached kilgore, they took separate ways to cover more ground. The colonel of kilgore happened to bump into Zero, keeping her in harms way. That was until he came face to face with ghost, who wasn't going to leave the base without a fight.
