The Outer Banks, paradise on earth. Two tribes, one island. Everything had a certain structure, Kooks hated Pogues, Pogues hated Kooks....that was until someone came back to the island.

Emelia Westfield, along with her half-brother Leo Westfield and her parents, moved from Charleston, South Carolina, back to Outer Banks, North Carolina, where her mother grew up. After moving throughout her entire childhood, they have now found a permanent home where Emelia believes she may finally have a calm life, just wait until she finds her friends again.
