Undesired Alliance

Einar Brown has always thought his problems would end after his death but it seems the universe has it out for him as he is 'forced' into an organization that keeps monsters that could cause the end of humanity at bay. He willingly decides to join the fight in favor of his family now as a whole different person. Right when he least expects it they decide to take away his peace of mind by putting the new recruit Alexander Vasilios under his wing(not that he had any peace of mind to begin with) But he could not have protected himself from what was bound to happen

But in this unwanted alliance, Einar has to face parts of himself he never wanted to, including his fear of getting too close to people. What he doesn't expect is the amount of shit that has actually been happening under his nose the whole time.

Alexander Vasilios was just a normal kid and it bored him really. He hated the orphanage he had lived in for most of his life and actually liked school, considering it was an escape and halfway across the world. He still thought life was too boring, too meaningless. Never had he thought he'd wind up to be what he considered lucky, being able to use magic, and fighting demons. It was more than he asked for and yet everything he wanted. He quickly finds out his mentor is sort of an ass with a lot of issues and yet he still found the said ass to be a little alluring.
