Draco Malfoy was raised to believe that Muggle-born witches and wizards were inferior to the Purebloods. He had been taught that Slytherin house was the best house, and that he would be disowned had he befriended anyone outside his own house. When the boy arrives at Hogwarts for his first year, he's set on sticking to his parents beliefs. Set to follow in their footsteps.

So when he gets partnered with Olivia Lupin in Potions during First Year, naturally he wants to hate the Half-blooded girl. But something in him snaps, and makes him realize that maybe he likes having a non Slytherin friend.

Throughout their years at Hogwarts, Draco and Olivia grow closer than ever, being practically attached at the hip. The only issue, Draco would never tell his parents. How would they react to finding out that his closest friend, and crush, was a Hufflepuff, let alone a Half Blooded witch?

Would Draco tell his family about his best friend? Would he tell Olivia how he feels about her? Could Olivia convince Draco to step out of the Dark Side of the war?
