Every single person in Maidenholm on to the Parade District were required to, at all times, be on this special little pill they lovingly named "Joy". It's purpose? Well, to make you happy of course. Happiness is a choice! And you were required to make that choice.
The real problem with the little happy drug was the fact that not only was it addicting, the blackberry strain being the most addicting out of all of them, it ruined you.
