On the wealthy side of Outer Banks, Rafe Cameron lived with his family. He had met Lily Leigh when he was in his junior year of high school. Lily was about two years younger than him, in her freshman year. She was in the same year as Sarah, Rafe's sister. Lily had become close friends with the siblings quickly, but she had grown closer to Rafe than Sarah. The pair was inseparable, or were they?
