Summary: At the age of 4, young Haru Marikawa has achieved a quirk known as "Clockwork", which allows the user to control the perception of time itself or Chronokinesis in short. After the mysterious death of his parents, he joined to live with his uncle in Musutafu, where little did, he know that an encounter with a certain Green haired boy with freckles would change not just his, but the two boys' lives forever. This...is the story of how these two became the greatest heroes of not just the world, but all of time!
