In a dystopian future, pockets of human society remain after the Great Reset.

The mysterious release of genetically engineered super-beings had destroyed modern-day society to avoid climate catastrophe... Now centuries later, rumours remain that the super-being army still lives hidden among us to keep a back-dated human society in check.

Runaway Bunny is unexpectantly rescued by a mysterious figure who claims to be a descendent of one super-being type. And that she is too!

Bunny feels an unexplained attraction towards this aloof stranger. She agrees to help him locate unstable earth energy centres that could cumulatively lead to earth's destruction. Their DNA is designed to locate and stablise them, but they are unsure how except through clues in a book, left behind by their descendants.

And the sleepy town that they travel to near the first energy centre is not what it appears...
