Dying was something that Cinder never stopped to think about. Ever since he was a boy, he had grown up with death being a frequent occurrence. Death only became more prevalent by the time he had turned seventeen and joined the military. By the time he had turned 25, he had secured a high rank and had been placed in a special forces unit. However, he had also managed to tack on a hefty load of crimes, earning himself the title of a war criminal. Eventually, the question grew on him: "Why haven't I died yet?" Little did he know, three years later he would be dying of heat stroke, quietly reliving the last seven minutes of his memories. But that's just the beginning. A war criminal doesn't die that easily, especially one that's wanted by the American government. Having been revived and recovering in a South African hospital, Cinder was given two options that ultimately resulted in a guaranteed death. His first option was to be transported to America and serve a death penalty. His other option was to join the Americans in a third world war. Their goal was to kill a notorious leader in Germany who was on the brink of winning the war.
