To identify if life is feasible until the next year, it must be a going concern. In accounting, in order for the entity to run for another year, they must have the objectives, goals, or any will to run their organisation. Once the entity recognize their objective, they will now need to create a plan. Shorter and longer plan that will carry their objectives.

But, once they failed to meet the terms they need - no, it's a must for them to liquidate their company.

Pero gaya sa accounting, pwede kang gumamit ng business combination. All you need to do is to find some entity and buy them. As for life, find someone na kayang baguhin ang buhay mo.

Just make a combination. Isang pinagpala at isang... hindi naman malas, kaya lang hindi rin swerte. That's how my life works. Living in hell wasn't easy. Listening to the truth was not for everyone!

All you have to do is to use the last option- window dressing. Formulating your financial income contrary to how it used to be, put numbers that are pleasing to investors, and lastly, lie as you can.
