[UPDATES EVERY TUESDAY] [COMPLETED]
Ava Morris lives a relatively average life--golden child by day, true-crime YouTube addict by night-up until her sister gets caught on national television. Suddenly, her family's packing up and running for the hills in the-middle-of-nowhere, Nevada.
Hugo Jackson is about as lonely as a self-obsessed baking fanatic can get. With just about zero friends and one adamant ex-best friend, Hugo spends all of his time in the bakery, experimenting with ingredients and having fun. Up until he overhears a conversation where it seems like his dad is being threatened... to sell the bakery. His life comes crashing down.
Abruptly thrown into this new life-and almost losing her following on YouTube-Ava is forced to try and find her new normal unraveling her mother's unspoken answers and the mysterious bakery all the while her own real-life conspiracy unfolds before her eyes... and she's the center of it all.
After Ava's elder sister almost dies due to a cat-astrophe, she meets Hugo Jackson, and she's forced to look into why in the world this seemingly normal bakery was so important-throwing herself into the mayhem of a baking-obsessed boy, a computer-maniac, and of course her feisty fighter of a sister. All for the two of them to reveal the secrets of her mother, the not-so-random city, and the deeds of a certain bakery tycoon with some nefarious plots to rule the world.
[17/17 CHAPTERS COMPLETED]
I had recently finished watching Arcane and in Episode 7 I enjoyed watching the fight between Ekko and Jinx, it was a little bit sad to see two childhood friends fight. And I absolutely love their relationship, so now I'm doing one shots.
